Can I reserve a guest room suite?
TCA does not have suites available in the discounted room block. Please contact the hotels directly to book a guest suite
Can I book meeting space or a hospitality suite?
To reserve a hospitality suite or meeting space at an official TCA hotel please contact Diane Gleason, TCA Senior Director of Meetings at Dgleason@truckload.org.
Meeting space is not available at the Phoenix Convention Center for any affiliate meeting or event.

Be wary of scams - TCA does not use a third-party housing vendor and no company is authorized to sell hotel rooms and/or suites for our annual convention or any other TCA event.
