Who attends this event?

This event is for C-Suite executives, managers, and trucking professionals representing for-hire carrier companies and vendors

who want to learn and network.  

When and where is the Convention?

The event will be held at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention center located in Kissimmee, Florida.


The event begins with a registration reception at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 4 and ends with our Annual Closing Banquet at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 7.  

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for this event is business casual. Check out photos from previous events to see what attendees were wearing.  

Will I have opportunities to network with my peers?

Yes! We have many networking opportunities including breakfasts, lunches, receptions, our Truckload Strong fundraising event, an Annual Closing Banquet and new this year a TCA After Hours reception on Sunday evening.  

Is there a conference app I can download?

We do have a convention app for attendees. Prior to the event, all registered attendees will receive an email inviting them to download the app, create their profile, build their schedule and start making connections! 

Are there any virtual or hybrid sessions this year or a fully virtual option?  

We are not currently offering a virtual version of the program. Members will receive access to a recording of some of the sessions after the conclusion of the event.

This is my first TCA Convention. Does TCA offer any special events for newcomers? 

We encourage all first-time attendees and new members to join us on Saturday, March 4 from 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. for an event orientation and then from 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. for the New Member and First Time Attendee Mixer on the Coquina Lawn. 

Please also make sure to stop by the New Member and First Time Attendee desk in the registration room to meet TCA members and get your questions answered!

How and when do I register? 

Online registration is open until March 1, 2023. Attendees registering after March 1 may do so onsite during the registration hours listed below. 

Saturday, March 4          1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 

Sunday, March 5             7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  

Monday, March 6            7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 

Tuesday, March 7            7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 

How much does it cost to attend? 

Registration fees depend on TCA membership status and company type.  For a full list of fees, please visit our registration page.  

Are earlybird discounts available? 

We are offering $100 off your registration fee (excluding spouses) for those that register prior to February 4, 2023. 

Do you offer group discounts? 

Yes, we currently offer carriers with groups of 4 or more a group discount to attend. For more information, please see the Carrier Group Discount section of our website

Can I purchase single-day tickets? 

TCA does not offer single-day passes to the conference. All registrations include the full 3.5 days of the event. 

Will I receive confirmation of my registration? 

Yes! As soon as you register for the convention, you will receive a confirmation email from Cvent with your registration information and hotel booking link.

When can I pick up my badge? 

All attendees, including exhibitors, can collect their badge for the event from the Osceola A meeting room at the Gaylord Palms during the registration hours.

Do I need to bring my registration confirmation to the meeting? 

No, you do not need to bring your confirmation to the event. We will only need you to provide your name to check in.

How do I let you know about my special dietary requirements? 

Please let us know of any special needs or dietary requirements when you register for the event. If you need to add any further information, please contact Amelia Rose at  

Can my spouse and children attend the meeting? 

We welcome spouses and any persons 12 and over to the event. Spouse/guest registrations include all functions at the conference and we have a special spouse program on Sunday, March 5 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 p.m. 

What is the cancellation policy? 

All cancellation notices must be made in writing (no exceptions) to


Substitutions will be accepted at any time. 

Cancellations must be received no later than February 7, 2023. Cancellations received by this date will be issued a refund of registration fees less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made for registrations canceled after February 7, 2023. 

If TCA cancels the program for any reason, TCA's maximum liability is a full registration refund. TCA is not responsible for travel, hotel, or other expenses.

Travel Questions

How do I book my hotel room? 

Upon registering for the event, you will have access to TCA’s discounted room block at the Gaylord Palms Resort. You may use the system available on the final confirmation page or the link contained in your confirmation email. You may also call the hotel at 407-586-6000 and let them know you are with the TCA convention.


Please note that the room block is for registered attendees only. If you are not registered for the event, your room will be subject to cancellation.  

What airport should I fly into? 

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the nearest airport to the Gaylord Palms Resort. It is about a 20 minute drive to and from the hotel.  

Is there a shuttle to and from the airport? 

We are offering $100 off your registration fee (excluding spouses) for those that register prior to February 4, 2023. 

What are the parking arrangements and directions? 

Parking is $22.00 per day for self-parking and $33.00 per day for valet parking. These rates are only available to those in the hotel room block. The hotel address is 6000 W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746.


Upon arrival, you will have the option to park in one of their many onsite lots or valet.
