Carrier Group Discount

For-hire carriers, bringing a truckload of people?

 

Discounted registration is available for carriers bringing 4+ people (excluding spouses.)

To register as a group, please email Amelia Rose Taylor or call (571) 444-0319.

TCA does not offer group discounts to attend the event to any parties not employed by a for-hire carrier or private fleet company.

What does registration include?

  • Onsite access to all educational sessions, committee meetings, networking functions and the exhibition hall

​​

  • ​Meals including Breakfast and Receptions (Sat-Tues), Lunch (Sun-Tues) and Dinner (Tues)

​​

  • Access to the educational workshop and General Session handouts and presentations through the convention app.

​​

  • Special discounted hotel room rate at the meeting hotel.

​​

  • A link to download the convention app featuring ways to connect with other attendees, hotel & exhibition hall maps, further information on speakers, hosts and exhibitors along
    with the attendee list.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation notices must be made in writing (no exceptions) to meetings@truckload.org. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.

 

Cancellations must be received no later than February 14, 2025. Cancellations received by this date will be issued a refund of registration fees less a $200 processing fee.

 

No refunds will be made for registrations canceled after February 14, 2025.

 

If TCA cancels the program for any reason, TCA's maximum liability is a full registration refund. TCA is not responsible for travel, hotel, or other expenses.
